Can anyone recommend any cheap webhosting?

I'm fed up with mine as it's down AGAIN after my bandwidth has been exceeded. This after I contacted the host to point out that it was apparently down from 100GB a month to 2GB a month according to my cpanel, in addition to the webspace dropping and my databases stopping working. I was assured the cpanel was incorrect and my levels were still the same.

This morning, the my site's been suspended for exceeding the bandwidth.

This after they suspended the account when they swapped name servers as well.

Now they're taking the piss.

EDIT: Probably gonna swap to hostmonster.com. Anyone heard anything about them?
