A new look!

I've been completely revamping my livejournal over the last few days and have settled on the Bloggish theme with the Powell Street layout with a few adjustments. Finally worked out how to add functionality with a tutorial found on s2bloggish so I can edit posts and stuff, since that function's not included in basic Bloggish.

Of course, this morning Livejournal did a code update and while some amendments to the theme now work, the entries aren't centering on the background like they should be. This should be fixed soon, so my LJ's not looking quite as good as it should.

The thing I'm most pleaed with, however, is the customised mood icon set that I found at www.hazelmotes.net by anthrazit that's incredible work. I've been sat here most of the evening uploading the 133 mood icons that she has scanned and designed. I'm in awe. The Dalek and K9 themes almost made the cut but I'm afraid I sucumbed to the fanboy love of Gary Oldman and the incredible set of icons she's designed. The draw was too strong. I shall be using them all the time from now on, they're just too cool for words.
