The article.
"Ok, so to break it down, someone invented what I will call "next gen hologram" posters. Holograms are two dimensional pictures that show a series of images as you move from one side of the image to the other and the effect looks 3D. Also sometimes called a lenticular image. The difference with this one is it's orders of magnitude better than the existing ones. These are essentially a short video clip stuck in a poster."
