Oct. 3rd, 2003 11:09 pmFinally deadline week is over and I can rest a bit.
Not much to report really. Too tired to make a lot of sense at the moment - it was a matter of finishing off the paper today (which didn't turn out to b quite so mind numbingly stressful as I suspected), then up to the comic shop to treat myself before home. straight to bed to nap for 3 hours and I'm still exhausted.
So far not read any comics beyong 'Alias' which was simply stunning. The writing on this series has been consistantly brilliant but this issue surpassed all others and was genuinely scary and menacing and the shock ending just left me staggered. Not a good jumping on point, but the Purple storyline is the best so far, brilliantl set up and that last shot from this issue... bloody hell.
Can't believe they're cancelling this book. Only one more issue to go? There's no justice.
