Speeding yesterday coming back from London. I clocked myself doing 96 mph. Oops.

Not that I recall.

Is there any television series that you've been meaning to catch up on, which one?
Several. True Blood and Heroes spring to mind because they're shows I don't have ready on DVD for the catchup.

When's the last time you went swimming?
Week before last at the gym.

Um... motorway service station yesterday.

Pete, Terry, Dave, Guy, Sylvia... That's probably it that I can name.

How often do you wake up to having unread text messages?
Rarely. Cos the bloody phone beeps all night if I don't get up and read them.

What's one thing you're especially excited for about summer '09?
Not really. My week off and London meet have been and gone. Holiday in September?

Probably, but I'm also too lazy to ever finish anything.

Just a tuna pasta bake last week for family. It was an impromptu thing.

Depends. Sometimes a piece of fiction can trigger it more easily than something sad in my own life.

Erm... A couple of years ago in person. My friends and I just tend to meet up occasionally and pick up where we left off.

A million dollars. I can't think of anything I regret that I could change that would be worth more to me.

Hmm...let me see if I can clear these two up:

If you've already graduated from high school, did you graduate with any sort of honors?
I have no idea what that means.

Your system for secondary school is totally different, so of course this makes no sense. There's a definite competitive vibe to graduating high school in the US. I graduated "with honors" (I had a gold cord to wear over my robe, whoopedy-do) because my grades were in the top 5% of my class. Other "honors" at graduation are being Valedictorian (normally the highest grades in the graduating class, and gives the farewell speech at the ceremony) and Salutatorian (2nd best grades, gives the introductory speech at graduation).

But really, 98% of the students don't give a crap about graduating with honors.

Do you have Tivo?
What IS Tivo anyway?

It's a brand of digital video recorder, introduced before most of the cable and satellite companies had their own proprietary models. But it's also sort of like saying "kleenex" for tissue, or "Coke" for any type of soda (over half the US does this; it annoys the crap out of me). Most people just mean DVR when they say Tivo.
