For those of you paying attention, yes, it is true and I'm now a mod over on the new Scans_Daily. Opportunities to get drunk with power are limited, so I should be safe.

Hopefully the community will continue to do the generally great job it does moderating itself anyway. Thanks to rabican and schmevil for being nice (or possibly optimistic) enough to have confidence that I won't break anything.

I'll still be at the usual haunts, of course, and have no intention of jumping ship from Livejournal to Insanejournal in general or anything (although if anyone has a DreamWidth code they'd like to give to a good home, I'd greatly appreciate it). And I don't have to behave anywhere else, so don't expect much to change.

Keep fighting the good fight all.

The problem is figuring out what to cut, since some of it would be well over posting limits, both with just my stuff alone, AND when taking in to account stuff other people have posted to S_D.

And I thought just getting all the scans together was hard. Ah well, labor of love.

I feel your pain. I realised myself when I was reposting stuff that the new limits make it doubly hard to try and fit the coolest moments of a single comic into one post.

I had it but apparently, it doesn't do cuts, which means I would get 20 pages of comic books for one page of flist. Or worse. :/

Actually I recently changed the comm's settings to 'digest' so every post to the feed is automatically cut.
