RIP Andy Hallett - 1975-2009

For those that weren't aware, Andy Hallett, who starred as Lorne in Angel, died on March 29th from heart failure. He was 33.

I have no words for how sad I find this.

Rest in peace Andy.

Sadly something as simple as a tooth cavity as filming for Angel wrapped caused a direct infection which directly affected his heart, causing congestive heart failure and advanced cardiomyopathy. He had been in and out of hospital for the last five years following it.
