There was a doctor at our local hospital who was named Kuta but when she married a guy named Sowa, she became Kuta-Sowa, which means (roughly translating) "the wife of Mr Prick/Dick". She knew that people were ROFLOLing behind her back and she didn't care at all - she wore the name with pride :)
