The Times is now reporting that Simon Pegg has been cast in the role of Scotty in the new Star Trek movie.

If true, my reaction is a heavy dose of "buh" with a raise of wtfery.

The BBC are reporting it as fact now too, which lends it credibility. Buh I'm still rather... buh about it.
