Back again

Back from London.
Had a great time meeting up with chaps from the Don Murphy message boards again - Frenzy, Arantine, Tuffcub and Snarlaboo.
Had lots of beer.
Saw Shoot Em Up, which was everything I'd hoped for. A bloody, live action, Warner Brothers cartoon where Clive Owen DOES actually quip "What's up, doc?" after killing someone with a raw carrot. A mess of corny puns and one-liners and over the top action sequences. Glorious. I was giggling like a schoolboy throughout. If you go expecting a slight story, black humor, bad puns and aren't gonna blanch at ridiculous action sequences, you'll have a blast. It's very black, very silly and very great.
Had a good time catching up with the lads and meeting Snarlaboo for the first time. Sound bloke. Had a nice Indian in Soho, next to Ronnie Scott's jazz club, (which would have been nice to visit, but we missed the first set and the second was fully booked). We were up until 5.30 this morning wiiing and watching some utterly weird Japanese movie, which looked gorgeous but made absolutely no sense and after a few beers was like a psychedelic experience. Very odd.
Anyway, it was an enjoyable weekend. Now I need food and sleep.
EDIT: Oh, apparently the movie's name was Casshern. Beautiful and making absolutely zero sense at all. No linear story, just a series of random events and music video scenes strung together.

Some things should not be verbed, I think.
