I'm bored, and this isn't a meme really, but what the hell, I'll start one.

Ask me any question you like on any subject whatsoever and I'll do my best to answer it as honestly as possible.

That's it, pretty simple. It'll keep me busy during a quiet day at work.

If there's anything you've ever wanted to know, now's your chance.

We joke a lot about what you'd do with/to me if I were to ever visit ... but say I DID fly out across the pond to spend a few days with ya... what would the very first day entail? ;)

I suspect you getting over your jetlag would be a major part of it.

But since you probably wouldn't want to travel far, probably we wouldn't stray far. First pottering around the flat, and there's not too many good places to visit too close. If the weather was good I'd suggest a trip down to Poole harbour and Sandbanks where there's great walking and beautiful scenery. When my mate came down, we walked down to Poole park and went out in a boat on the lake and then onto the quay and sat drinking Pims all afternoon. That's also an option.

Alternatively, it's not a long trip to Monkey World, a sanctury for rescued primates nearby, set up by a friend of my dad's and since monkeys are always funny, that's another option.

Probably out for a meal in the evening or stay in watching DVDs if you had jetlag. I'd cook in that case.

Then bed.

Mostly, I imagine we'd spend a fair bit of time talking.

I've never suffered from jetlag before, but the furthest I've gone is between the east and west coasts of the US, which is only a 3 hour difference. Versus 5. So who knows!

*grin* Monkeys are always funny. :)

Someday, I oughta visit. I need to visit somewhere outside the US. Maybe I should get a passport soon...

I tend to get awful jetlag coming back from the US. Going to? No problems, just stay up another few hours. But when midnight here is about 7pm according to your body clock, sleep's a lot more difficult.

Mind you, 5 hour difference is beatable, it's 8 hours I suffered from terrible jetlag with.

Well, 5 (maybe 6) is all I'd need. :D
