There's another interview up at newsarama, apparently the writers are out pimping the series, but http://www.uncannyxmen.net/db/article/showquestion.asp?faq=11&fldAuto=193 has a great interview on the New Hellions miniseries. Looks like it'll be fun.

Just as a note to anyone who goes looking, the other Hellions interview is on comicon/pulse at http://www.comicon.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=36&t=003531

I'm ambivalent on this. Sounds like a good story, and it looks like this mini will have only one artist, but more Hellions focus...when they're always around in Academy X.

I like the other kids better.

I like both groups, with some of the Hellions standing out more than some of the NuMus. I'm interested enough in the mini (and wouldn't mind seeing other minis around other squads - the alternative is jamming it all into the main book and so losing the focus on the core cast), although some of the plot elements in this sound just a bit cheesy. We'll see how it turns out though.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the plot, and some of the cast do nothing for me (I actively dislike Kevin for his cheap Rogue-Jono-ripoffness, but I really like Julian, who's quickly become probably my fave character in Academy X.

Oh, and I love Clayton Henry's art.
