Okay, well I've looked into it and there's no way, in hell, that I can afford to buy my sister's place. The most anyone would lend me is half the value of her property. There's just nothing around for that kind of money at the moment either so it looks like I'll be stuck saving for a few years before I can even think about buying anywhere. Bollocks.

Ugh is all I can say. How disappointing.
