Just suddenly and finally came home to me that my girlfriend probably isn't my girlfriend any more. She doesn't need to be there for me or to tolerate me or to put up with moods like this, or respond to them. I'm not her responsibility any more. She can just walk away when I get like this without any need to feel guilt or responsibility. Equally I have the right to do the same with her. We're not tied or bound together any more.

That thought has just pushed me over the edge into supreme misery.

I really have had enough.
