Don't blink!

Holy crap on a stick, that was by far the scariest episode of New Who so far. Creepy, tension building, jump inducing, intelligent, witty, original, wonderful. It may even have topped The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances and Girl in the Fireplace as my favourite ep. (Not surprisingly, the same auhor.) Steven Moffat, I salute you.

Great.

Between this and the generally excellent Paul Cornell two-parter, the series just took a huge leap for the better.

And I think we found a candidate for a new companion.
