Where have I been? Where HAVEN'T I been? Woof!

I've been kinda awol from the usual circles lately, getting myself distracted by stuff like the icons, mood theme and now setting up a brand new forum as spill over for DonMurphy.net if it does happen to close in the near future (which is looking like a possibility). Already up to around 120 members within two days. I wasn't expecting that. Guess there's a lot of people, like me, who consider the DM.net boards "home".

Anyway, everyone's welcome to join us there. I've spent all day creating smileys. Half of which probably mean nothing to anyone outside of the boards, but what the hey.

I'm also really pleased with the general look of the place, although if anyone knows anything about modding phpBB, I'd appreciate some assistance.

And since we're on the subject of Don Murphy, the first stills have surfaced of Shoot 'em Up, the upcoming Michael Davis actionfest that sees a man named Mr. Smith (Clive Owen) delivering a woman's baby during a shootout, then with the help of a lactation/mommy fetish specialising prostitute named Dairy Queen (Monica Bellucci) protecting the newborn from the army of gunmen led by Paul Giamatti. The action sequences sound utterly bonkers (including a sex scene during a gun battle) and the stills give some indication of just how insanely brilliant this'll be. Seriously, look, Clive Owen's main weapon in a standoff between himself and Paul Giamatti appears to be a carrot.
