Other news that sounds cool:
Ed Brubaker taking over Daredevil from Bendis
Generation M - By Paul Jenkins, looks to be featuring the mutants that lose their powers in the aftermath of House of M. Looks like Jono is one of those. Could be cool. Could make me cry.
Peter David's X-Factor series with Madrox, Rahne, Guido, Siryn, Monet, Rictor and Layla Miller. Still bears repeating.
Claremont's New Excalibur with Nocture, Pete Wisdom, Sage, Juggernaut, Dazzler and Captain Britain - ditto.
Gail Simone is writing a new Gen13 series.
Michael Turner Exclusive to Marvel.
Jeph Loeb exclusive to Marvel.
Leinil Yu exclusive to Marvel.
Brian Singer scheduled to start on Ultimate X-men.
Kevin Smith's Spiderman/Black Cat series finally written. Only 2 years late.
Daniel Way taking over from Peter David on Incredible Hulk.
Morbius will be part of Giffen's Howling Commandos book.
Milligan and Allred will be reuniting for an X-Statix miniseries - Dead Girl, featuring a whole host of deceased Marvel characters.
Brubaker will also be writing an X-men series - X-men: Deadly Genesis
Bendis is writing a TV series based on the "Alias" comic, starring Jessica Jones. Called Alter Ego.
Warren Ellis' Nextwave features characters: Boom Boom/Meltdown, Machine Man, Dirk Anger, The Captain, Photon and Ellie Bloodstone. Ellis is also insane. (http://www.comicon.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=36&t=004091)
Upcoming New X-Men co-writer Craig Kyle said he grew up reading and loving the original New Mutants and wants to bring New X-Men back to that style. He described that as “kids with powers thrust into the adult world, fighting battles before they are really ready for it, but somehow enduring and pulling together.”
Hints at a Longshot series written by either Bendis, Bedard, Layman, Kyle or Jenkins, Maybe.
