Continuity

Although I think the issue sucked, there's not necessarily a continuity problem yet... Stories are never expected to all be taking place at the same time as the other issues that month. Uncanny's plot, including the other dimension, would all take place before what happens in Morrisons (assuming Morrison's isn't retconned with a reset button at the end, which I wouldn't be surprised).
Wolverine's adventures could take place any time, pretty much, so they happen when nothing's going on, and the New Mutants arc (or arcs) probably all take place before the Morrison stuff too, so no conflict there. The major problem is explaining why the other X-Teams aren't doing anything about Magneto, and that's Morrison's problem, and, well, he sucks, so I doubt he'll address it. ;). A more serious version of this problem is that the other superhero teams should be attacking him too, but in that case sadly Marvel's tended to treat the X-books and everything else in separate universes almost (but Magneto destoryed the Statue of Liberty! Other books should at least recognize that down the line even if they don't deal directly with the story).
As to Karma, I think she was 'outed' in an issue of X-Force way back when, though I don't have it. At least, it was implied then, but never confirme duntil recently in NM or Mekanix.

But yeah, I can't wait till Morrison leaves. :)

Though I am looking forward to NYX too, maybe we'll finally agree on a comic. ;)
