Meanwhile, on Twitter...
- 09:52 Went to the bar by myself. Felt like a bit of a tool but Paul Cornell, who probably thinks I'm stalking him by now, very gracious. #
- 09:54 Spoke briefly to Chris Claremont. Cool and polite as I blew smoke up his arse, despite the impression he'd heard it all before. #
- 09:55 Saw lots of people I felt I should know, but didn't, so stayed clear. Was that Phil Noto I saw? #
- 22:12 Made it back from the con, finally. ne hour late, but feeling great! #
- 22:14 I was right! The person I thought was Phil Noto was, in fact, Phil Noto. Unfortunately I didn't confirm this until too late. #
- 22:15 So missed out on getting a sketch from him. But only because I was getting one from the legendary LEW STRINGER. Oh yes. #
- 22:24 Will do a full con report tomorrow, but the Marvel panel with @Paul_Cornell, @kierongillen, Neil Edwards & Rob Williams was hilarious fun. #
- 22:26 After Paul had to head home early, I still didn't feel awkward because all the creators were friendly and such a joy to chat to. #
- 22:28 A special shout out to @kierongillen (again) for hunting down a sharpie just to sign after I missed his slot cos I got distracted with Lew. #
- 22:38 Got sketches from Neil Edwards, Mike Collins, Lew Stringer and Lee Townsend. And being a question whore, a question answered on each panel. #
- 22:53 My major purchases: signed Mouse Guard, Victorian Undead, The Unwritten, Jack Staff and the Eisner nominated Johnny Cash book and much indie #
- 23:26 One claim to fame: getting told to "get out of the fucking way" not once, but twice, by Simon Bisley. It was said with love though. #
- 23:30 Missed the Eagle nominations. Checking them out now. How can I pick between Phonogram: The Singles Club and Captain Britain & MI13? ARGH! #
