Oh Baby It's Cold Inside

Those of you who have heard the saga of my fridge freezer will be pleased to know I ordered a new one at the weekend.

I decided to hold off delivery until next Sunday, to save getting time off or anything when it's delivered.

Here it is.

freezer

I hope you're all suitably impressed.

I was.

It's lovely, but... so small... I strongly suspect Brits shop a whole lot more often than Americans do, but buy less food per trip, Would you say that's fair? I think your fridge would fit inside mine. Your new fridge is nicely laid out and has a generous service contract. Congrats on your new appliance. :)

Well, the average size would be with the freezer section the same size as the fridge, so it's a little smaller than the norm.

The double door US style fridge freezers are taking off in poularity, but, no, I don't think Brits keep that much frozen food, or, indeed fresh food on average.

For one person, that's the ideal size.
